Way To Quit: WayToQuit.org (operated by the Utah Tobacco Quit Line) is a state-funded, government-supported program (Utah Dept of Health) providing free, confidential resources, coaching, and nicotine replacement (patches, gum, lozenges) to help Utah residents quit tobacco and nicotine products, including vaping, through phone, text, and online support.

Services: Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), brief interventions, motivational interviewing, anger management, and aftercare/transitional support groups. (Note: Their policy states they do not offer medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorders).

A licensed outpatient facility that provides targeted support for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
