Way To Quit: WayToQuit.org (operated by the Utah Tobacco Quit Line) is a state-funded, government-supported program (Utah Dept of Health) providing free, confidential resources, coaching, and nicotine replacement (patches, gum, lozenges) to help Utah residents quit tobacco and nicotine products, including vaping, through phone, text, and online support.

Services: Professional evaluations, individual and group substance abuse therapy, case management, peer support services, and integrated mental health treatment.
Cost: They serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay and offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.
